About

“I read in a book once that a rose by any other name would smell as sweet, but I’ve never been able to believe it. I don’t believe a rose WOULD be as nice if it was called a thistle or a skunk cabbage.” — Anne Shirley, Anne of Green Gables

Choosing the right words is important. I love that feeling when you finally find the right word that encapsulates the very thing you’re trying to describe. That’s where I come in!

As an editor, I believe that aside from debating the perfect comma or em-dash placement, the most important thing is trust and connection between an editor and their author. My #1 goal is to establish trust between us, so we can work together to bring your story to life.
